DIY : Lipstick Holder [recycling mobile phone box]

All you need are ...

♥Kardus Bekas seperti kardus handphone karena lebih tebal & kokoh dibanding kardus susu. Ukuran kardus disesuaikan dengan jumlah lipstick. 

♥Kertas/Sticker Asturo glitter [Rp. 6.500,-] atau kertas kado [Rp. 2.000,-] atau isolasi/lakban bermotif. 

♥Lem UHU atau Lem stick 

♥Gunting & Cutter 

♥Penggaris & Pensil/Spidol

♥Niat ^_^ hehehe...

Setelah semua material dan alat yang diperlukan sudah siap. Let's get started!!

1. Gunting bagian kardus HP yang tidak diperlukan dan re-shape ulang kardus HP sesuai selera. 

2. Ukur kedalaman kardus dan gunting tutup kardus menjadi beberapa bagian untuk pemisah bagian dalam. I cut mine into 3 pieces. Let’s call it, B. 

3. Rekatkan kertas kado atau sticker asturo glitter yang lebih praktis, like mine. Tapi karena perekat sticker asturo kurang begitu kuat, gunakan lem supaya menempel lebih tahan lama. 

4. Ukur letak lipstick seperti gambar dibawah dan beri tanda. 

5. Lem pinggiran B dan masukan ke dalam sesuai dengan tanda. Tunggu sampai kering. 

6. Touch up lem di beberapa sisi yang dirasa kurang merekat secara maksimal and you're done!!

Baltic Ice Cream - Senen, Jakarta

After enjoying the final of Walk For Autisme 2013 Jakarta photo competition where my sister join in and got selected as one of DSLR camera nominees in Heritage Bank Indonesia ‘Learning Center’ Building. We’re going to eat an ice cream, not just an ice cream that you can find everywhere. This ice cream store had open since 1939, we’re going to Baltic Ice Cream in Jl. Kramat Raya No. 10-12, Senen, Jakarta.

Uhh Indonesia even not independent that time. Really old ~ vintage ice cream brand.They’re selling in white plastic cup, stick and square bowl. No banana split, ice cake, etc, just a regular type of ice cream.

For regular cup there are lot of flavor, colorful with fruit picture on the lid. Also there’re few unique flavor that I never found in commercial ice cream, like nougat, rum raisin, and green tea. I notice there’s no different between cup regular and cup special, net 75ml, same cup maybe they’re name it because the new flavor. 

For sticks, there’s a Dutch sentence "Hygienis en Heerlijk van Smaak..." meaning "Hygiene and Delicious Taste of..." I guess there’s an impact when you build a shop with colonialisme effect hehehe.. In packaging there’re Tutti Frutti, Lolly Frutt and basic flavor. So many flavor but I only eat chocolate, kopyor and red bean. All of them have really good taste, rich and nice.

For take away, they’re providing good box packaging contain styrofoam and dry ice to sure you that the ice won’t melting in your car. For your information, Baltic ice cream did not distribute their product to other market like famous brand did.

For dine in, they only provide few chairs and big mirror, it’s not a large ice cream cafe that you can find at mall. The view is traffic and flyover of Kramat Raya street hehehe.. 

Note : 

1. You can play with dry ice. Put it in the water and create nice mist/fog. Be careful don’t swallow it.

2. Don't forget to lick the back of the lid hahahaha...

Questions and Skincare after Jessner Peeling

I notice that a lot of people read my jessner peeling experience blog post, also I received lots of email asking few question about jessner that I take.

Here are the questions ^.^

1. Is this your first time take jessner peeling in your blog post? 

No, it’s not. It’s my fourth time. 

2. Do you still take any jessner after October 2012? 

No, I don’t. You’ll need some time before take other jessner. 

3. How many weeks you need before take another jessner? 

Once in 6 month when I have very bad acne scar. 

4. Do you still have acne problem? 

Only once or twice but not so bad like what I have before I take jessner. Hormone, food and my bad touching-or pinch-face habit makes my skin irritating. See..it’s all depend on your hands. 

5. Why do you take Jessner and how many percent is it? 

It’s the doctor decision, not me hehehe.. She said it suit with my skin problem. I don’t know how many percent it is because she never told me and i never ask hahaha.. She said that it’s all depends with the skin, worst acne and lot comedos = a lot of jessner on it. 

6. Did jessner make your acne and skin dried? 

Yes, it did, that’s the process. Relax, your skin will back to normal, renew, fresh and flat. 

7. Did jessner can cause new acne for the skin that have no acne before? 

Nope, in my experience if there’s no acne/comedo under it, the skin will be fine.. no acne will show up in there. If any comedos, it’ll be easy to pull out. 

8. How the therapist apply the jessner on your face? 

All over my face and chin area and avoid under eye. 

9. When the best time for you apply make up after jessner? 

About 1-2weeks. Make sure all dead dried skin remove from my skin. Let the new skin breath for awhile. You’ve to make sure the skin are not too sensitive for it. If you don’t want look pale just do eye make up, eyebrow and lipstick. 

10. Do you planning take another Jessner? 

I don’t know. I have to consult with the doctor again. She ever said to me that too many peeling make the layer of skin more thin. Too much is not good either. 

11. Any suggestion for newbie that interest take jessner? 

Consult or lots of browsing about before-after it. Not all skin problem should take jessner. If you have oily skin, large pore, comedos, dark acne scar which hard to get rid of them then TAKE IT!! NO DOUBT!!. Beauty takes time, the process will be : jessner~~deathskin process~~peel off process~~new skin. 

As you know, at first I used the beauty clinic product that they suggest me. Because the clinic really far from my house and I don't want addicted to it, I decide to try other product that easy to find to replace all them.

My Random Favorites from March - April 2013

Here they are all my random favorites from March to April 2013.

BEAUTY

1. NYX round lipstick – Perfect. My everyday lipstick, you can wear it safely without looking at mirror. Create natural lips for everyday to work and school. 

2. E.l.f hypershine lipgloss – watermelon #2807. I sleep with this lipgloss hahahaha.. and in the next morning, my lips feel so moist in great fresh color. 

3. Bath&Body Works Pocketbac -  Island Margarita. Fresh and somehow remind me of beach and drinks.

4. Triangle sponges. Use it damp or dry to apply foundation, concealer or powder.

5. Mitu Baby wet tissue with Chamomile & Tea Tree Oil. Good for babies is that mean good for your face too?!. I use this as makeup removal and tea tree oil is good for acne prone/oily skin type like me. Nice match!.

6. Tammia pink tweezer. The points really sharp, able to pluck and refine your eyebrow really fast.

7. Aromania Essential Oil - Jasmine. Smellsssss sooo sexxyy. I like to use it before sleeping. Few drops of essential oil on the water then lighted mini candle underneath/inside oil burner. It'll evaporate as steam, the aroma will fills the room. Never leave the candle lighted or the water empty otherwise the oil burner will crack. 

BOOK

Well actually it's not a book, it's a comic. In Japan, the title is Miiko Desu. I've been collecting Miiko comic for this past three years. The story is so innocent, bubbly and fun but sometimes there're a sad story. Last month, Hai Miiko 25 was published. Awhhh you can read the future of Miiko and Tappei in first chapter. Here's Indonesia cover for Miiko number 25.

EVENT

1. Fish died and my mom fried them. We have fish in the house, not a beautiful and colorful type of fish but that type of fish to consume. We have tilapia fish and catfish. One day in March 2013, few of them served on table as lunch. Few of them died and my mom fried them. Because I feel so weird eating the fish [note: usually I feeding them] so I decided not eat the fish.

2. 'Flying' rat on April. I was swept the house while suddenly a rat jump from top of curtain, there's a panic ‘dancing’ and my mom chasing the rat until he run out from our house.

3. Music Bank - GBK Senayan. Sat, 09 Mar 2013. 

3. Eru concert, Lap. D Senayan. There’re few guest star, one of them is Indonesian comedy star, Sule. He and Eru sing a nice song and very entertaining duet.

4. Watching G.I Joe 2 : Retaliation. Somehow I prefer the first one.

5. Sick in the end of April. This is the first time on 2013 *sigh*

TV SHOW

How I Met Your Mother ~ must watch!

American sitcom start from 2005 on CBS tv channel. Story about how Ted finally met his wife in the past, lot of flashback story, friendship, love story and humor. Starring Josh Radnor, Colbie Smulders, Jason Segel, Neil Patrick Harris, Alyson Hannigan. All of them have different characters but most catching eye is Neil as Barney 'the womanizer'. Found some trivia from imdb that makes me back to watch few episodes because I'm curious and never get boring watch all over again. Oh I give one trivia, Barney always mention that he's blogging, actually it's true CBS really make barney's blog. This show is legen..wait-for-it..DARY!!.
