First time making Guacamole - easy recipe

Yay, i have avocado. Hmm, i’m bored use avocado as a juice. Browsing...browsing..browsing. Hollla!! I found Guacamole recipe. It’s easy and i have all the ingredients in the fridge.

Guacamole Basic Ingredients :

1 Avocado

1 Lime

4 Tomato cherry (or 1 big tomato)

2 Onion

2 Garlic

Salt, White Pepper

Cracker biscuit or tortilla chips

Directions :

Dice the avocado and tomato. Mince the onion and garlic.

Prepare a bowl. Put all the ingredients, don't forget to squeeze the lime, add salt and pepper and mashed all of them with fork. Don't forget to taste.

Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately. 

The quantity of each ingredients that i used, just for only one person. This is the first time i make this recipe and no one at home this afternoon. I wonder if my family will like it or not. Hahaha i guess not. Why? Because of the Guacamole looks.

Foila!! Eat it with tortilla chips or cracker or as a sandwich sauce. Hmm can’t believe this is so yumm-ooo.. Usually there's a cilantro, jalapeno pepper or tabasco. i don't have the ingredients and this is easy the basic of Guacamole recipe that i can try and i love it because it's easy and healthy.

Delicious Seoul Story 2012 - Gift Participation

Yay there's a package delivery from Korea. Well actually i'm a little bit confused yesterday when the post man coming and i was like 'whoaa..from Korea to my sister' and in my Dad asked for whom, i said 'for Jesi, hey what is she bought,from Korea. Is it contain Super Junior?'.

The post man also keep asking 'this is Jesica,right'...'Jesica, right?' with a confused expression i answer it with patiently 'yes, this is her house' 'yupp,she is my sister' 'ohh she is not at home right now'.

Turns out this is a participation gift from Korea. We got it because my sister join a cooking competition through Youtube. You can watch it in link below, there's me as a chef hehehe :p

Delicious Seoul Story 2012 - Japchae Rendang (Korean Food,with a very Indonesian Taste)

We try to make a Korean food mixed with Indonesian taste. We don't win the competition but for our participation, they'll send us a participation-gift. Yay, they sent it to worldwide ^__^. The package itself contains two books 'Seoul - Lively Moments' and two stationery sets made in Korea.

See what they did to gain tourism profitability of their country. They reached social media because they know in young ages people at least have one account social media either facebook, twitter, youtube etc. How smart is that? And also they want to sent gift participation worldwide. Read my lips..worldwide babyyyy! I was like 'O.M.G why Indonesia tourism doesn't make something like this?' and gained a lot more in tourism department. Hell-to-the-O..Hello, my country have so many beautiful paradise and i don't know somehow it feels like government just neglect it or maybe people not so damn care about it. Hufhh..

Also thank you for my little sis who joined this competition so i can have a cute stuff for my bookshelf and on my desk. Next year, we will make a better cooking video competition.

Resident Evil : Retribution 3D

I saw the advertising on tv about two days ago, and yes i have to watch this because i already watch the all of Resident Evil movie from the beginning and it is sucks for me when i watched big movie, a sequel coming up and didn't follow watching it until the end.

Michelle Rodriguez as Rain Ocampo

Overall, I love saw Michelle Rodriguez back. It's very short movie 95min. I even still shocked when the movie was over and i was like 'ohh is it really finish?.." "already two hour??" yeah i make some confuse expression.

Those mouth lizard zombie still very disgusting, lot of slow motion, shocking zombie appearance that always make me scream of shock (damn you 'dead' people), flashback memory, blood, those 'Michael Jackson' zombie move, biting, shooting, flying kicks, new character Alice sister & daughter, new partner Bingbing Li as Ada Wong, awesome city setting and love how those cities destroy. Also Milla's makeup always looks great on her.

If you like this kind of movie story, you should watch it. Specially if you already watched from the beginning like me hehehe..

As you know there will be another sequel after this.

it's a Fleurette Sandals in Fuschia Color. This brand is my favorite sandals, my mom also love this brand. Not to expensive but very comfortable to wear.
